I was extremely careful at the beginning so that I could build my supply, but I never had to do anything to increase it. I pumped 8x a day, 30 minutes each, for 10 weeks (until I was confident in my #s), then very slowly dropped pumps. I didn't need to do anything else.

I'm working on it right now as I've got a mean cold. I do MMP, Mother's Milk tea, and oatmeal when I remember.

I took MMP, drank MM tea and power pumped. Came back up after about a week!

I didn't educate myself enough about exclusively pumping in the beginning. By learning online I did try a few thing to increase my supply, and it did help. I realized that stress was the #1 reason why my supply would dip, and I tried my best to stay relaxed during each pumping session.

Yes. I tried pumping and supplements/lactation cookies but had to stop supplements due to LO's allergies and my thyroid issues.

When I was on my TED the best thing to increase supply besides pumping was to increase fat intake. Sounds nasty but downing a few tbsp of olive oil did wonders!! Also eating a ton of quinoa helps.

I started having supply 'issues' at 5mo. I tried Oatmeal, lots of Water, Fenugreek and MMP with no luck. I added a middle of the night pumping session to make up for it, but I don't really feel like it ever increased my supply. LO wouldn't take formula when I tried.

Yes, I took more milk plus (sporadically), drank mother's milk tea (when I remembered), and added an extra pump before bed to keep up with my LO since my supply dipped a little after going back to work.

Luckily no. I've had no supply issues and LO is almost 5 months. I attribute that to not starting work until he was 16 weeks and nursing him on demand.

Not really....I did a ton of skin-to-skin with her the first week. I have a bit of an oversupply.

Yup. Lots of lactation cookies and pumping long sessions. I am okay with supplementing, and LO probably gets 6-10 ounces of formula a day, but I wish I made more so that I could store it for her.

Not really...I drink mother's milk tea once or twice a day, but that's about it. I've always had a bit of an oversupply until recently...now that LO's weight gain hasn't been great, i'm thinking about my supply a little bit more now.

Yep - pumping after every feeding at first, More Milk Plus, domperidone, etc.

I quit doing all of those things and my supply is better than ever now, at 3.5 months

I actively did with both kids using pumping and supplements and was very successful. Had I only breastfed then I don't think I would have needed to increase my supply, but they needed to be able to take a bottle of breastmilk too. Overall I ended with a decent supply.
