We're both dog people &amp; always talked about getting a pet. Once we rented a house with a yard, we figured it was time.<br /> I'm beyond thrilled we got the puppy before having a baby!! It really helped me learn to let go of some of my rigid, selfish tendencies. Our 4th and final was our miniature pinscher "foster failure".
