I thought I was doing better today, but I got to work and started bleeding again and had cold sweats and a fever. I was really sore, too-it was a rough day. I talked to the doctor's office again, and they want me to give the antibiotics some time to work before I worry. I do have to have a blood draw tomorrow, though, just in case.</p> <p>The weird thing about this is that my tubes weren't blocked, ans I haven't given birth, so I was low risk for infection. I'm on the mend, but it is much slower than I anticipated.</p> <p>@T.H.O.U.: of course. I had zero clue, either. I completely freaked when I saw the blood on Tuesday...I hadn't seen anything about it, so I had no way of knowing what was normal. Today was rough- I could not really eat , or stand without getting.dizzy. I had cold sweats and I slept almost all day. But I ate dinner just fine, and we are with friends going to see fireworks. Early to bed tonight, then just one day of work before I can relax this weekend.</p> <p>What a zoo this has been. The procedure was ok, pain was like others. I did spot throughout the day.</p> <p>A few hours later, I was sore. My abdomen hurt. I went back to work after the procedure and I was so uncomfortable. I ended up going home a little early because it was so unbearable. On the bus home, I was just hoping the bus driver would drive faster. Got home and I just laid in bed and slept. I did go to work the next day because I was feeling better with all the sleep I got. I ended up going home again early. I realized that I didn't have any pain when I was laying down but sitting upright and standing was really uncomfortable. I called the doc before I left work and they made me come in. They took tests to see if I had an infection but I don't think I had one. They gave me antibiotics just in case. I went home and I was slept all weekend. I don't know what it was but I felt much better on Monday and went to work.</p> <p>Sorry about the infection and the bleeding. I drove myself, but I was nauseous and crampy for an hour after the procedure. So, I just hung out on a bench outside the hospital and caught up on the post a thon, no big deal. I laid lo day, but I thought that maybe feeling crappy was normal. I couldn't sleep last night, though, and I started to feel feverish. The doc on call is phoning me in antibiotics now.</p> <p>I am putting this out there not so much to complain, but mostly because I had no idea I could feel like this after. Most people seem to have an easy time, and my actual procedure was pretty easy. But this is no fun! I was a little freaked out but then it stopped. I did experience bleeding for a day. My DH and I bd about 3 days after and I bled again. It is just irritated. I cramped a lot and felt nauseous afterwards, but it could have been a lot worse. </p> <p>As I was stopping to use the bathroom on the way out, though, I realized I was bleeding quite a bit-in just about 15 minutes, I had filled a pad (not a panty liner). I talked to the nurse, and she said some bleeding was normal. I'm wondering how much is too much, though. I've since soaked one more pad and a little more on a third. There have been a few small clot-like things ,too. My doctor had said that there might have been some debris in my tubes, like old blood,so I figured that's what this is. If so, ok. But when should I be worried? </p>
