My husband has been drooling over this chair for ages, and when he found one on clearance, he totally couldn't live without it. It was still spendy, even on sale, so he convinced me it would be the perfect chair for the nursery. It doesn't rock, but it's really comfortable. We couldn't nurse on our bed until he was a month old, and I was too sore/in pain to do so anyway.</p> <p>2) While I was pregnant I had sciatica very badly, to the point where our couches at home hurt me so much I couldn't walk. We ended up getting a power rocker recliner and it has been a lifesaver. I found it much easier to nurse/pump on the recliner, plus in the first couple weeks postpartum I found getting on and off our bed pretty painful. I really wish we'd gotten up there sooner..and I hope it comes in a little early!! It doesn't get used in there at all, and yes, it would be a significant savings. But it's not that comfortable and it's very wide, so I feel like it would be difficult for me to find a comfortable nursing position - I would be leaning way to one to side or the other, even with a boppy. Plus, it's a rocker, but it doesn't rock easily. The gliders I sat in at BRB are much smoother. I know he wants to try to save money, but I feel like this is way too important of a thing to cut corners on. Some loved it, some never used it. When I went to BBB and sat in one glider, I fell in LOVE and thought it would be worth it. It was the one big splurge purchase! I ordered it late, I was around 30 weeks and it takes 8-11 weeks to make so it'll be here around baby or after baby.
