If they were bought at consignment/goodwill/thrift vs off the rack I usually buy XL if C/G/T and L if off the rack; although it also depends upon the brand. They seem to cut the maternity sizes larger than non-maternity sizes, which is something to consider when you're buying.</p> <p>The fact that your hips and ribcage widen, and your chest usually gets larger, could be why some ladies need to go up a size. What was your experience with maternity sizing? </p>
