We already have a sort of "placeholder" name, and we use that, and will continue. For one thing, I like having the name be just between us and a surprise for everyone else. For another, I'm not 100% sure LO won't get here and just totally not fit the names we have picked, so I don't want to have to explain if we change our minds.
