It's only a few bucks so I may stick with the same size and reevaluate in a couple months. She typically just uses it for sleep and occasionally in the car. I think we are currently on 9-12 month or something like that. He is 15 months and I know they make 12+, but since I am trying to discourage the paci I don't want to buy more. He seems fine with them for naps and bed.<br /> I will say though that the other 2 times we sized up he seemed more contented with it.
