Our house settlement was 12pm.... the old owner was still here moving her crap out at 6pm (it ended in a mega yelling match - she had a 3 month settlement!!) The owner was in the process of changing the locks as we were buying it so we kept the same locks. That way when we give people like relatives or cleaning service keys, they still can't get in if we are home and throw the bolt.
