I'm just too paranoid, and I never ever color my hair normally. Few mins with the blow dryer and it looks good! My doc didn't say not to and my stylist knew I was pregnant. My hair would be half gray if I didn't color it, and I'm just not ready for that. I think like with many things that you hear, it's up to personal judgement. I did feel better about going to an Aveda salon.
