I caught the major 'oops' today. The mistake cannot be fixed for the quarter so the project I've been stressing over can't move forward until the next quarter. Most of my work is being pushed out until my boss is back to help me. I'm so happy. </p> <p>I didn't say it in my original post but I was crying about the workload frequently and I had never been to that point before. So I'm covering my work, his work, and both of our piled up work. It's so much. I'm really glad he took all the leave he can - he's a nice guy and a hard worker. He covered my work for 4 months. But I am so counting the days until he gets back. Three more weeks. I don't know if I can make it. </p>
