I added a few hours yesterday to get him used to it. Today I did a "dry run"...actually taking him when I would really drop him off and then drove to work to see how long it would take. I don't cry the first two days but I did okay because it seemed real!! DH had to drag me away from the room. Brennan did not cry at all, he loved it. Each day/week it gets easier. When my husband and I went on vacation a few years ago we had to board our dog for a week and even though it was the loveliest place with the absolute nicest people working there, I lost it when I dropped her off. I was crying so hard I couldn't even talk.
