Dr. said eat what I wanted. So I did. :) He even said sushi in moderation and tuna in moderation. Just no drugs, cigarettes or alcohol. I didn't eat sushi but it was mostly because I was grossed out by the idea of fish. Slightly off topic but.... I stayed in Japan for a summer and pregnant women there eat sushi every day.
