Single. Night. We'll be doing the same with our family! Almost 100% of the time. When I was about 12, we each got a designated night to cook dinner, so that some of the pressure was off of my mom to produce meals. No exceptions. We weren't allowed to have the TV on. Just family time. I didn't realize how important that was until I was an adult. TV was not allowed.
