One of my only cravings with RJ was McFlurries so I had one almost every day. I never got sick from it and RJ was totally healthy, born 1 day after his due date. </p> <p>I avoided all other "do not eat" foods, and I got food poisoning almost immediately after eating a salad at a Thai restaurant that contained nothing on the do not eat list. I asked them about things repeatedly because I read about it on the internet and they told me time and time again that it was perfectly fine (soft serve, feta cheese, etc.). I don’t know if they are soft serve or not, and I don’t really care to be honest. Women all over the world have baby after baby while starving, and our parents and grandparents smoked, drank and ate not ideal diets and we’re all here. I’m not going to get all chicken little about a slice of deli ham or a milkshake.
