Other than that sometimes I'll have 1/4 glass of wine but dh starts to hyperventilate when I drink even that much and snatches the rest away to finish himself lol! My step dad is a OBGYN and said absolutely have a sip here and there in the first tri. He says a beer or glass of wine once a week in the third tri is perfectly safe as well. He's been working for 35 years so I trust his judgement and experience! :)</p> <p>I only have had a sip of DHs wine here and there since my 4 sips Christmas Eve, however as I approach the third tri I think I may splurge for a beer or glass of wine a week from here on out.
