Baby was fine, but I actually got injured from the falls. My hips slightly dislocated, and the darn relaxin kept them from fully healing. The only time I called the doc was when I passed out. At that point, I figured whatever was going to happen was going to happen, and hoped that baby was small and well-cushioned enough. I ended up pretty black and blue, but almost 20 weeks later, everything seems to be going well with baby.
