She is a girl!<br /> LO#2 I found out early, at a 16 week scan to make sure my SCH was going away. At our 20 week scan, DH got to see that it was a boy (I told him earlier of course)<br /> LO#3 DH couldn't come to the 20 week scan, but I couldn't wait. So I found out with a friend who came, then made brownies for DH with "It's a Boy" written in blue m&amp;m's. We were going to wrap it up and put it under the christmas tree, but we got about 3 miles down the road, pulled into a wal-mart parking lot and opened the envelope. We bought her some purple and green receiving blankets :) Then, we didn't tell a SOUL and waited until Christmas morning to tell our families (most over skype). Wow!! </p> <p>For #1, we asked to find out at the anatomy scan... Tech wasn't too sure, so we got an elective U/S at around 24 weeks to confirm. It was exciting and I'll never forget that day.</p> <p>For #2, I wanted to be Team Green, and DH didn't, so I decided it would be okay for him to find out and not tell me (or anyone else, for that matter!). Tech was great about it and handed DH the envelope. I saw him open it up and I was soon tempted to look, but I didn't... He kept it a secret for the next 20 weeks. I found out at birth and it was amazing! </p> <p>Next time, we might do the bakery thing. Later on when studying the picture DH showed me the male parts. We were on a second floor balcony and everyone was down below. So we cut in, saw it was a girl and had our moment, then DH held up the cake and said "it's a girl!" </p> <p>It was perfect. </p>
