With the boys I gained 45 lbs, but I was so sick the first trimester that I didn't start gaining until about week 15. This time at week 17, I'm up about 6 lbs. My goal was to keep my weight gain to 25 or under this time because I'm still carrying an extra 15 from the last pregnancy.
