I hope this isnt the case with me though. I am happy with my currentweight and dont want to gain too much when I stop breastfeeding. I weigh less then pre-preg right now even though I was really slim before preg. I've noticed that since he started eating solids I've been able to lose the weight I had left like crazy. My LO is 7 1/2 months and right now I'm exclusively pumping. The whole breastfeeding thing has been a huge struggle for me from the start and to be honest I really just want to quit. I've finally gotten to a point where I'm ok with her getting formula and have thought about quitting everday, but now I'm scared about gaining the weight back if I do quit. </p> <p>I've heard people say they either gained a ton back when they quit or that their body was holding onto weight while breastfeeding and they dropped it when they quit- what was your experience? </p>
