But it was also the only bfp I've had on 100mg clomid and I think it's more likely to be due to that than the hsg. The Valium definitely helped... Honestly, I thought a pap is more painful (when they swab you) than this was. Maybe it's different if you have blockage or not, I don't know? I had prescription Ibuprofen (800mg) so I took one an hour before. I passed a bunch of clots for about 48 hours. Tampons wouldn't have done me any good for that, and I was happy to just let things clean themselves out without a tampon getting in the way.</p> <p>I hope that I didn't freak you out! Honestly, most people don't bleed as much as I did. I was told to wear a panty liner, in case some of the dye leaked. When I checked the pad a few minutes after my test, I totally freaked-I was not prepared to bleed AT ALL. Just wanted to give you a heads up that it's possible (though not likely!)
