I still have the little cross-stitched pillow that I put a tooth in and the tooth fairy put the money in. I think somewhere between a quarter and a dollar per tooth. My dad glued 5 $1 bills together end-to-end and then rolled them up with a ribbon. They told me the tooth fairy has to give out so much money that she just has a roll of $1 bills like paper towels.
