I should have known better at that point, but didn't test until 4-5 days later. I remember it was a weekend like Saturday where they hurt really bad, but didn't test until Wednesday night to a positive. But before that, my biggest symptom was the veins in my breasts were GIGANTIC. Like seriously huge. It was only 3-4 DPO, when I know that symptoms should not be possible. I would guess it probably started 10-13 DPO and progressively got more sore/sensitive as the weeks passed. Then the soreness went away when I was about 14 weeks along. But they got really sore around 7-8 weeks. My second BFP they never really got sore but I would feel them "fill" a few times a day at about 15-20dpo - I didn't test til 20 dpo because i had some spotting and figured my period was on its way. They started to get sore about 6 weeks pregnant (but then I miscarried). Sore this time around, but I think they are somewhat de-sensitized from all the abuse associated with breasfeeding.
