I remember being timid when my parents dropped me off then begging them to let me stay longer after a couple of days! I'm in Florida, so I actually went to Space Camp at KSC a couple of times, which was AWESOME! We also have a local wildlife park that does a summer camp program, which I also attended a few years. I went to Girl Scout camps, mostly for horseback-riding. I LOVED it!</p> <p>Camp will definitely be an option for our LO. It was an awesome music and art camp out on an island and I had so much fun (even if I was homesick at first!) Before that I just went to day camps during the summer.</p> <p>I will definitely send LO away to camp! It was so much fun, and its important for them to get away from parents and spend time on their own, learning and making friends. I did day camps, like theater camp and fun and fitness camp. And we would always take a vacation over the summer.</p> <p>I probably won't want my lo to go away either, I'd miss her too much!
