The way my doctor visits were set up I wasn't going to find out until almost 22 weeks and I just couldn't wait! I still haven't had an official anatomy scan (it's next week for me @ 20 wks), but gender was confirmed for me at another OB appt I had this past Monday. With #2 we could actually tell at 12 week NT scan, but we wanted a double check before visiting family. Both scans were about $75 at a private facility (Stork Vision). They said boy and boy was reconfirmed at 20 weeks! I wouldn't get the anatomy scan too early because those measurements are important, but an elective US would be fine! I'll be a few days shy of 17 weeks. I'm afraid of getting it too early and having the sex be incorrect! Did you have an early ultrasound, and if so was it correct?
