I think I'm still mad about it. </p> <p>Once we got home so many people came and it was hard. My parents were staying with us, my ILs and BIl were coming daily, plus my sister and her DH came twice in the first week. I also had 4 of my aunts come within the first 2 weeks. We also had friends coming over. I honestly didn't mind. I like having family around. Plus I had two babies so I could always have one with me and one being passed around. Oh and it sort of gave me a crash course in nursing in front of people. Second baby is due in 2 weeks, and I don't mind visitors, but will be limiting who holds baby as it's cold/flu season. Just my parents and BIL came to the hospital, then after people came here and there. It was really tiring having visitors! My brother and two sisters came one day, while they were good guests, I remember being exhausted when they left. Then, just by bad luck and timing, we ended up having several friends come at once and DH's mom and other brother that evening- It was too much. After she got out of the PICU it was only my Mom for 3 weeks then a few close friends. After a month we allowed visitors.</p> <p>ETA my FIL had pneumonia and MIL caught the cold that gave it to him. My Dad was not that interested. I didn't mind much because i was there for so long with DD1. It was kind of a pain when one showed up because she was a big deal in the health ministry and the nurses were weird having her there. Other than that it was fine. At home people came in fits and spurts. With LO2 we only had LO1 visit in the hospital and it was my mom and sister who brought her. At home we had just a handful of visitors over the course of the first few weeks home. Which was kind of nice! </p>
