I was infertile for years, and we've been trying. There was one period (or maybe more?) that was super heavy and I was in cramps. Again, I didn't even know if I was pregnant (but I could have been). I'm pregnant now, and my 7wk u/s showed an embryo that had failed to progress, along w the viable one. I didn't get a BFP prior, but I felt pregnant. But I wouldn't have known if it wasn't for the ultrasound.
