I don't know what they paid, but it was her friend so probably got a deal. As someone without a LO yet, I thought it was a little bit silly but a nice idea, but actually, they got some really nice photos so I take back my 'silly' thoughts. We had a photographer from 2-4 and we paid $85 which is including the cd of pictures and print rights. Around my area you can find someone who has a full time job but does photography on the side. Which I love because its more affordable and the two ladies I've had take LOs pictures do a great job.
