We had a HUGE wooden one that my parents built for us. It had 2 regular swings, a porch swing, a slide, and a rope climbing thing. We also had a sandbox with 2 monster truck tires in it standing upright. Spent alot of time hiding in those :) We also had a pool and lived in the woods, so there was a lot to explore. If I could put my house in that yard, I would in a second. All I remember about it is the fact that it was metal, and the posts would come out of the ground when you used the swing. Needless to say, it didn't hang around long! If we get a play set for our LOs, it will have to be REALLY nice. We had an incredible backyard with a big play set, fire pit, garden, tetherball and an acre of grass to run on...it feels like my entire childhood took place playing back there.
