He presented it to me Christmas night while we rode around "looking at Christmas lights". The only flop is that now we're hearing that we could need close to $80,000 worth of fill which would make it a total bust and we'd have to pass on it. So she was frustrated with it. Otherwise the kids were really into everything except clothes (which DD has loved in the past). DD also got dance lessons starting next week. She doesn't grasp the concept yet and wasn't into her leotard and slippers. The kids get a total of three gifts at home -- one from Santa, one from us, and one from their sibling. Keeps it simple, and we tend to get items that we know they will like (even if they don't know it at the time). Their stocking stuffers were overlooked on Christmas day but well played with once we settled back home. We gave her these cute little wooden milk containers to add to her kitchen/play food collection, and she was devastated that the bottles wouldn't open and started sobbing :meh:</p> <p> the other night We also gave her this cute board game (the "sneaky snacky squirrel game") and we played with it for like 5 mins before she decided it was "too scary"</p> <p>Any one else have any flops?? </p>
