Then I had the dreaded "4 month fallout" at almost 4 months postpartum. Just the baby hairs around my face fell out and I had to wear it down to hide the bald spots. Honestly, I'm not sure whether I'm losing a lot or I just got used to losing none so it now seems like a ton. It was awful and my husband hated it. It was everywhere and our drains were constantly clogged. </p> <p>Then at 3.5 months postpartum, it started falling out again in clumps. I think it's slowing down now (4.5 months), but I am so over losing hair. First trimester there was no difference, but Second trimester is when I noticed a big difference, I basically don't lose any hair at all these days. Which means I will be losing it in clumps postpartum.
