The closer I got though, the more I prepared myself to go the full 40 weeks or more. I consider myself pretty intuitive and also had feelings that I was pregnant before I knew, and that she was a girl. My gut has been telling me that she'll be here around her due date, not early and that she'll be around 8 and a half lbs. I've been having regular contractions since then, and still no baby. 39+3 today. Sooo.... And I went into labor almost two weeks early, but the day before I just had a weird feeling it was near. For example, I knew when I was pregnant very early before testing, and I knew I would be having a girl. The past two days or so, I've had this nagging feeling/intuition that I'm going to deliver soon... like she'll be here in the next week or so. I'm not quite 37 weeks.</p> <p>I know this is most likely wishful thinking, and I'm just ready to get this girl out of me, but... hey, sometimes momma knows best! My doctor keeps reminding me that first time moms do a lot of waiting - thanks, doc!
