My first pregnancy was much more stressful. I had moderate morning sickness into the second trimester, spotting throughout the second trimester, and then diagnosed with IUGR in the third trimester. My second pregnancy was super easy. I started 5lbs heavier and gained 5lbs more and that was the worst thing.
It's too early to compare my current pregnancy. I think morning sickness has been the worst so far but seems to be letting up earlier than my first.

Similar- very ill, lost weight at first. The second one was worse: I was more severely dehydrated, and I struggled more to gain weight.

Very similar in the broad sense: very sick first trimester and lost a lot of weight, uncomfortable second trimester, painful third trimester. Had both babies at 38 weeks due to gestational hypertension (first one came due to natural induction, second one due to medical induction).

They were totally different. My first was easy and unremarkable. My second I was so sick. I was on medicine and still hospitalized and dehydrated. I had severe SI issues and sciatica and was in physical therapy twice a week. The placenta was low lying, so nothing serious, but there was extra screening (and it had been anterior the first time). My first labor was 15 hours with pitocin. My second was 3 hours.

Similar in that I've been lucky (yet paranoid) enough to not be sick, and pretty symptom free.

Different in that this pregnancy has had a tonne of bleeding and a lot more anxiety than the first successful one.

The second one was harder and I gained a bit more weight, but I think they were both fairly easy in general.

One was with a healthy baby that survived, and one was not, but the pregnancies themselves were virtually identical. Even lasted almost exactly the same amount of time, just one day difference!

I felt a lot more nauseous and exhausted this time around. But still never threw up and now I'm 25 weeks and feel the same as I did with my son (girl this time) other then being tired from staying home with a toddler all day!

Gained less so far but started a bit heavier after weaning/pregnant/Mc/pregnant again. Hoping to end up around the same final weight gain.

Eta: oh I also had horrible heart burn the first trimester!! Like the smell of food would give it to me- so weird! It's gone now. I had it at the end with my son.

Very very similar. Sicker longer with #2, and a little more aches and pains but overall I carried the same, and had about the same weight gain. The biggest difference was that DS2 came 3 weeks earlier than DS1. (37w4d vs 40w4d)

I'm about halfway through my second pregnancy and it has been SO different from my first. I'm on modified bed rest due to bleeding with an sch, placenta previa and a cervical polyp. With my first I had no issues and was active till the end. I have had less nausea this time around, but I think I'd take nausea over bleeding anyday!

I gained about the same amount of weight and carried similarly (I was a little smaller and higher with DD), but that's it. I was WAY sicker with DS, for way longer. With DD I was a more normal sick....every morning sort of thing. Terrible sciatic pain, constant BH the last month, neither of which I had with DS. And she was breech.

My second was the hardest - more nausea, achy bones. But overall I've had three very easy pregnancies.

Mine have been the same in some ways... I'm carrying both boys the same and had similar morning sickness.

The biggest difference is that this pregnancy I have placenta previa, and am on modified bedrest (since 16 weeks). I was so active my first pregnancy and was able to really enjoy it. I have many physical restrictions this time unfortunately😢.

Mine were pretty much the same with DS and DD. I gained about the same, and had them both early (35w4d and 36w3d). I'm hoping to have a similar pregnancy this time, but make it a little longer.

I had very similar, average pregnancies both times. I was sick a lot longer with DS2 and gained a lil less and was overall more active/fit the second time around. But overall pregnancies were very similar and "average" as pregnancies go.

Were your pregnancies similar? different?
