However, my mom had me 4 weeks early(I was the first) and each of her subsequent pregnancies went longer(I think she said #2 was around his due date, and #3 was well past her due date). Today I'm 40+4 (which is the day I went into labor naturally with C) and I'm definitely not in labor so that won't hold true for me. I'm actually quite surprised! Did you have your second at a later gestation than your first? I'm just trying to find some company and commiseration in this! ;)
