(I'm soooo about the bribery...) I'm afraid it'll traumatize him if we take him too early... haha. </p> <p>I like the idea of getting a yearly picture with Santa, but I'm too afraid my kids will be too smart and compare the pictures and realize they're not all the same. We went on a Monday afternoon, and it was the perfect timing -- very short wait and never felt rushed. My LO didn't cry, but he was very curious and kept staring at Santa. Last year he was so little he didn't mind. He also didn't mind the Easter bunny pix at about 9 months so I'm not sure when the switch happened but this year he was very very angry.
