I had a really bad sharp back pain that I'd never felt before that I was certain was implantation. The day after that, I felt crappy, thirsty and had hot flashes. I was so convinced that I was pregnant that I took a test two days later and it was negative. I just didn't believe it - so took another one that afternoon. We'd pulled the goalie late in the day on the day I knew I ovulated, and it was the only time we had sex that week, so I didn't think there was a chance in the world it would happen from that one time. </p> <p>I got a faint positive at 13 DPO but well outside the time limits for the test so I dismissed it as an evap line. I tested again at 15 DPO and was absolutely floored when the world's faintest positive showed up. I had always kind of scoffed at women who said that they "just knew" because it seems like there's always something going on in your body, so I often wondered if I was pregnant. I was sooooo exhausted that I could barely climb the stairs to our bedroom. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative! I was still nursing our 11 month old and had only had 2 faint/irregular periods so i waited a week and tested again and YAY it was positive! I had literally one brown spot on 10DPO that I thought might have been implantation spotting. Then at 13 DPO I didn't get any pre-AF spotting like I had the last two months. My boobs hurts, which they never do. I also thought that they looked bigger in my bathing suit and I felt more bloated. So on 14DPO my temps didn't dip as much as it should have when AF was due, I went ahead and tested. I had a gut feeling the entire time (from the day I took the OPK) that it would be the month.
