I always had my dishes and the laundry done. The rest I just ignored. I don't think I cleaned my floors until LO was 3 months old. He's never been a sleepy newborn (he's just about six weeks now), so he can be kind of demanding. There are dishes in the sink right now, but the laundry is done, folded and away. I used to spend hours each week deep cleaning and tackling multiple rooms at a time, but now I do smaller tasks more often and quickly. For example yesterday I cleaned my toilet and bathroom sink, but I didn't clean the entire bathroom. I found it easier to do with a newborn than when I was pregnant because when I was pregnant I was really sick and also working.
