He ate a lot of solids though.. and napped well.<br /> he loves food. :(<br /> I tried different positions but he wasn't interested. I'm gonna try to nurse and stop if he freaks out. I'd just keep offering and eventually he would nurse. I'm always afraid to offer bottles instead because I'm worried he'll just refuse to nurse altogether since bottles are easier. So I just keep offering the boob and he's always eventually given in and things get back on track.</p> <p>But I don't know if those were really nursing strikes or not since they never lasted longer than a day or so. C did it for a few days at 5 and 10 months each. I just kept offering nursing, and had my husband primarily offer bottles (I did a few times during long work days for him, but tried to keep that a daddy thing) when he was home to keep the kiddo from starving to death. He got over it after a couple of days, but I was majorly stressed out over it! I did lots of skin to skin, naps, and tried in a warm bath, mainly it just took time to overcome my little jerk's stubbornness ;)</p> <p>I hope he gets over it soon, definitely no fun at all. Whenever we get into nursing position, he arches his back and cries. :(</p> <p>He eventually gets tired from all the fighting and nurses, but omg, today he nursed at 10am and just now at 7:10pm.<br /> My boobs hurt and were so full! </p> <p>I'm hoping this passes soon! </p>
