I don't know if it was from the severe tearing I had or the three hours of pushing I did or the fluids that they gave me but my bottom swelled up really big and even maternity clothes didn't fit well leaving the hospital. </p> <p>All that being said I wish I had more pictures of myself during that time. After that I had no energy left to shower, so I just braided it dirty and left it. No makeup. I was happy with the way I looked in the hospital pro pics the next day, and the pic DH took of me and DD just after is one of my favorite pictures of myself. When I left the hospital the only shoes that would fit me were my slippers because my feet were so swollen.
