But I do make him promise that he won't die until very late in life. In all 4 sets of our grandparents, the husbands have died first and I think statistically, that's usually how it goes. Just watching my grandmother deal with the recent loss of my grandfather breaks my heart.</p> <p>I tell him to be healthy and safe because I want to grow old together.
