They are both really caring loyal people. They both find putting family first easy. They are both funny. But if you just looked at them on paper they are totally different (dad = blue collar super handy dude's dude; dh = white collar, pay people to fix things, more yuppy-ish). </p> <p>I do think my DH reminds me of my mom in some weird habit-type ways though, although I don't think I sought that out. Like they both have big issues with directions and get lost easily. The most significant, I think, is that they are both Asian men who are very sensitive, intuitive and in touch with their emotions, which is not very common for Asian men..!
