I was already on maternity leave and spent all day in the kitchen cooking freezer meals and baking. Unfortunately, the nesting instinct did not help me overcome my total hatred of cleaning the bathroom! I cleaned my closet this weekend (which I also did when I switched to maternity clothes--so much easier with less junk in there!) and I do my linen closet a couple times a year (it's on my to-do list this week!) but otherwise my husband does a lot of cleaning. I do it in spurts. However, like @arden, I am getting ready to start on all the freezer cooking this week, too!
