I pump if she has two sessions in a row that aren't great feedings but that's not frequent. In the beginning it took a little while for my supply to match her demand but it's pretty spot on now, she isn't as willing to eat in late morning or early afternoon so I don't have as much then. She was always full after one side. The next time I offered the other. My body eventually got the signal to stop making as much so they were not so lopsided. Early on, I did block feedings where I would feed her on one side for 2-3 feedings before switching, but once things calmed down and she grew a bit and could better handle the deluge, I went to alternating one breast, then the other. Could you feel which boob was more full and that was always the boob you were to start nursing on? </p>
