I purposely ate as much as I could at dinner since I had heard so many people talk about how they didn't eat at their weddings. I loaded up! Luckily my dress was a little loose so I could fit it. I had great friends who made sure a drink was in my hand the whole night. However, I was on such a high from it being our wedding and we got to be with everyone we loved in the world that the alcohol didn't affect me until later. </p> <p>Many, many others got wasted at our wedding. I got upset because I warned him well in advance that I'd be PO if he got stupid wasted at our wedding. He acted all goofy during the dancing portion, gave a repetitive "I love you guys and appreciate you all" speech on stage then got emotional in the VIP room before proceeding to throw up while my dad held a plate up for him. I drove him to our hotel and took him up to our room, undressed him so that my brother could return the tux. He didn't even stir!! I was afraid we'd miss our flight to our honeymoon which was at 5 am. Needless to say, he was super hungover and I drove us to the airport. It came out more like "sharish." People bought me quite a few shots of tequila (horrible idea).
