Baby shower bingo always goes over well- where guests fill out bingo cards of what they think gifts will be and the first to get 5 in a row wins. The one where we did was guys too, and they seemed to enjoy it more than the ladies. They did the guess how many jelly beans, guess what the baby food is, and one where you wrapped up a diaper really tight with tape and had to throw it at a target.
