The Mom will ask if they just pooped, and someone will deny it even if they did. A lot. I got over it pretty quickly because those were my most effective pushes. I knew because they gave me a mirror, I was having a hard time effectively pushing with the epidural (even on a quarter dose, they eventually turned it off) the mirror helped me focus on pushing. He reluctantly admitted that I had, and the nurses were completely nonchalant about it.
