So I guess it was my body cleaning me out too.</p> <p>After the birth, I didn't poo for 5 days either! I was so scared to, but the first time wasn't even bad. I was terrified and had to do suppositories and was really close to an enema. I was on stool softeners but the painkillers I was on were constipating me too. Twice I asked them to unhook me from the monitors so I could pee and I couldn't, so I had to get a catheter each time.
