Since I had C one day before her due date, I never had one until I was admitted to the hospital in labor (4 cm). </p> <p>Same thing this time, so I won't have a check until I go in in labor or at my 40 week appt on Friday. With my first, I was a finger tip dilated and 50% effaced for weeks and finally at 40 weeks I was 1cm and still 50% effaced. When I was in active labor and went to the hospital, I was 3cm and 80% effaced.</p> <p>It's been different with this one so far:<br /> at 35 weeks- soft but not effaced or dilated<br /> 36 weeks- 1cm, 50% effaced<br /> 37 weeks- 1.5 cm, 70% effaced<br /> So curious what 38 weeks will be! </p>
