Mine is also hair-related. It frizzes badly if it gets near steam, even if I cover it with a towel or shower cap. So I just don't shower on the even days. haha. My husband is in the showers-twice-a-day-if-he-can camp, so he thinks me doing it every other day is gross. But since marriage, I've rubbed off on him, because now he only does it once a day usually! He grew up in a country with no A/C, so he was just raised to shower daily. Even in the early days of LO's arrival, I squeezed in a shower. Usually it was after my DH got home rather than in the morning, but I took one at some point. I'm a every third day girl. Before DS I definitely took more luxury showers, thorough wax/exfoliate/hair mask, etc. Now I just wash and go.
