I bought the small and it was the right size for me. 5'7", 150lbs, 40C or so when I delivered (normally 38A). DH wore my K'tan too from time to time. 6' 200lbs. It was too small for his comfort but not LOs. I think XS sounds right for you.

I've been reading the K'Tan threads. I'll be having these questions in the near future before LO #2 arrives.

Hmmm thanks everyone! I'm going to order it through Amazon so if I ultimately need to size up I can. Now I just need to decide Eggplant or Sage..... :)

I'm going to go opposite, I didn't size up and wish I did. I was your size and really bulked up in the chest area and it was way too tight.

@winniebee: you should definitely get xs! Especially because baby will likely be small as well..

I did, but I wouldn't do it again. After a few weeks it was way too big on me, fit DH though.

I wouldn't. I'm a 6/8 when not pregnant and a H/I while nursing, and I wear a small in the k'tan. It stretches out a lot, so I can't wear DH's medium without it feeling too loose to be safe.

No don't size up! It really needs to be snug to work properly. I'm 5'4", 125lb, 34D and I used the XS.

I'm around the same size as you and I used the XS K'tan. It stretches out a bit as you use it since it is a jersey material.

I normally am a size XS - 32B - size 2P. But with having a baby and planning on BF I'm wondering what size KTan to get. Should get a size up and get an S since my boobs are already 34D (still pregnant).

Thanks!
