@FliegepilzHut: Thinking good thoughts for you. I had spotting during all 3 of my pregnancies. My first was spotting from 3-6 weeks, on and off, and ended in miscarriage at 7.5 weeks. My second pregnancy, I just had spotting once or twice, around 6.5 weeks. My current pregnancy, I had brownish-red spotting and cramps daily from 3-5 weeks. I was really worried, but got betas and they looked good. Then, the night before my first ultrasound at 8 weeks, I had red streaks in my cm. I'm 19 weeks now and so far so good.

I had light spotting and then bright red bleeding on two different occasions the week after getting my BFP. I went in and got betas done because I was concerned but my numbers were progressing and now I am 12 weeks.

With DD1 I had an SCH that caused multiple bleeding incidents (and it was a really tiny SCH but it caused problems anyway), and once it resolved, I had several bleeding episodes due to an irritated cervix from Crinone. Sucked.

I can't vote...but so far I've had multiple different kinds of bleeding this pregnancy (all short in duration, following internal exams or BD :bummed: ) and had ZERO bleeding/spotting during my two previous losses...

I had bright red lots of bleeding! I went in for an ulra and the lo was dancing around all happy as can be. Ob on call said that is a normal symptom in 25 percent of pregnancies. @runnerd: yea! Just do your best to stay calm I bet that is stressful. Glad you are okay.

@tejbee: will be thinking about you!!! 7 weeks too. I've had continued spotting for this pregnancy, so far things have been ok confirmed via ultrasound. I know it can be harmless but it's super stressful regardless! My doc is giving me weekly ultrasounds for now to keep checking on things.

@tejbee: please don't wait a week if you are spotting AND cramping. Is there an ER or and Urgent Care you can go to? I spotted a ton during my successful pregnancy but my doc also told me I needed to be seen right away if the spotting was accompanied by any cramping.

I'm at 7w today and have had brown spotting throughout the past week and a half. I just now used the restroom and had pink with red blood spotting. Very minor cramping. I'm so nervous! Hoping for the best...nothing I can do until I get home in about a week. :(

I haven't but my sister spotted throughout her first pregnancy which resulted in a healthy full-term baby. She then suffered a MC, which she immediately knew because it was different then the spotting she had with the first pregnancy. She then got pregnant with baby #2 and had spotting again, but said that while she worried, she knew it was okay because it wasn't like what she had with her MC. Healthy, full-term baby resulted from that pregnancy.

It's hard not to worry! But spotting is definitely normal! Wishing you a healthy pregnancy!

With DS I had some very light brown spotting and maybe it turned pink once or twice. It started around 13 weeks and was off and on for nearly 10 weeks. They thought maybe it was a cervical polyp.

I had red blood (Dr considered it spotting, I thought it was a little more) once around 17 wks. It just happened once, and no one was really able to give me an explanation for it. I FREAKED out after 2 MCs, but all seems to be going well now at 30 weeks. I guess it's fairly common, but I know that doesn't help w the anxiety!

I didn't really have pink/brown (but that's what I voted). I had red bleeding that flipped me out (I practically sped to the OB's office on my birthday), and I'm holding my healthy five month old. I had a MC prior as well, and I totally understand the anxiety.
